    Composition

    Sand (silica), sodium carbonate and limestone are blended with recycled cullet, which reduces energy consumption.

    Melting

    Heated to around 1,700°C for 24 hours in the melting furnace, the raw materials become molten glass.

    Forming

    The glass gob takes shape in our machines, using press-and-blow or blow-and-blow processes.

    Annealing

    Reheated in an annealing lehr then cooled gradually, the glass avoids thermal shock.

    Quality control

    At every stage, advanced inspection machines check each item.

    Decoration

    Screen printing precisely customises items to the client's request.
